LYI will collaborate with the architect and builder to understand all structural plans and intricate details that will impact the flow, functionality and feel as we break ground on your exciting project.

This is where the fun really starts! From exterior façade to customized furnishings and grout colors, we thoughtfully select all hard and soft finishes down to the very last detail. A cohesive floor plan and design scheme will be presented and discussed until a final design is approved. Throughout this time, we conduct regular site visits to align with builders and trades - making sure that electrical outlet is in the perfect spot!

Once the designs are presented and approved by the client, we start to procure all of the items. LYI will project manage all stages of delivery: first to a local Receiver where products are inspected and safely stored, then to your home for final installation. Along the way, our team will handle vendor communication, ordering, freight logistics, shipment tracking and inspection of goods.

Installation day is upon us! After an incredible collaboration of design and hard work, it is time to install all of your beautiful soft finishes. At this point, the structural design and hard finishes are dialed in and we are ready to make your house feel like home. If we are styling the home, this is when we place those coffee table books and fluff every last pillow. When the final touches are complete, we discuss any remaining to-dos and reconcile final payments. We can't wait for you to start enjoying your new home!
